kd444 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" means the kd444 website, mobile interface, and all associated services operated by or on behalf of kd444. "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform. "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account. "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account. "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements. "Games" means all casino games, betting markets, and other entertainment products made available through the Platform.

"Wagering Requirement" means a multiplier applied to a bonus amount that determines the total wagering volume a Player must complete before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by kd444 before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all time-related matters under these Terms.

To register an Account and use the kd444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kd444 is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register Accounts.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Platform. One Account per individual is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and promptly update your Account details should any information change.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.

kd444 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Player at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility criteria are not met or where the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading. Any winnings or bonus balances associated with an ineligible or fraudulently registered Account may be voided and forfeited in their entirety.

kd444 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment channels. Players are responsible for ensuring that all deposit transactions are completed using payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment instruments to fund an Account is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reversal of all associated transactions.

Currently supported deposit and withdrawal methods on kd444 include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are processed directly to and from your registered mobile wallet number.
• International card payments: Visa and Mastercard, subject to cardholder verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform.
• kd444 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions. Transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for real-money balances at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by kd444.

Before processing any withdrawal, kd444 may require the Player to complete KYC verification, which may include submission of any or all of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of mobile wallet or card statement).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by kd444 to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

From time to time, kd444 offers bonuses and promotional benefits to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentives. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to real-money funds and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify a rollover multiplier that must be met using real-money wagers on eligible games within a defined validity period.
• kd444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect bonus funds already validly credited to a Player's Account.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordination between players, or exploitation of software errors to gain undue advantage from promotional offers, will result in Account suspension and full forfeiture of all associated balances.

kd444 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Players. All games and betting markets on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by any party, including kd444.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities: use of automated software (bots, scripts, or exploits) to interact with the Platform; collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes; chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes; impersonation of another individual; and any form of money laundering or use of proceeds of crime on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Select a strong password that is not used for any other online service and update it regularly.
• Notify kd444 support immediately via the contact email on the Platform if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

All content on the kd444 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, audio, video, and data — is the proprietary property of kd444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform content without the express written consent of kd444 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

kd444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we take all reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and integrity, temporary downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control does not constitute a breach of these Terms. Players are advised to keep records of their transactions for personal reference.

kd444 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including the ability to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits, as well as self-exclusion options for Players who feel that they need a break from gaming.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kd444 operates as an international online gaming platform and does not make representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
